You are invited to the LCAP Parent, Staff and Community Meetings!

Important Information

The Local Control Accountability Plan(LCAP) is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities. Each school district must engage parents, educators, employees and the community annually  to establish these plans. The AESD LCAP was written to support our strategic plan and our mission statement, “To prepare every student to be successful in high school, in college, in career, and in the 21st century global community.”

Do you want to know what AESD is doing to address the needs of our students?

Do you want to provide input for other areas of services?

You are invited to attend one or more of the meetings listed below

Each meeting will have a TARGETED AUDIENCE based on the significant subgroups identified from our student enrollment data. However, we invite all stakeholders to attend any or all of the sessions. We are aware that many of our families identify with more than one category of our “targeted audiences” and each session will be an opportunity for you to offer suggestions and ideas for student support across the district.

At each of the meetings below, we will:

  • Provide a status update for our current 2017 - 2018 LCAP

  • Provide an overview of our CA Dashboard accountability measures

  • Ask for suggestions to consider as we prepare our District’s LCAP for the next three years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21)

Please attend the meeting which meets your scheduling needs. The meeting dates with the target audience members are:
