Stater Brothers at Westside Park

ADELANTO — Stater Bros. presented the Inland Empire United Way Desert Communities Region with a check for $20,000 for the Kids Pack Program at Westside Park Elementary School in Adelanto Thursday afternoon.

Stater Bros. staff, Adelanto Unified School District employees and students all gathered together for the assembly as the supermarket chain presented the Kids Pack Program with the donation recognizing their hard work and consistent care for the children.

Special Thanks to Gott Construction

A special thank you to Robbie Gott from Gott Construction for their generous donation to the Adelanto Elementary School District. Gott Construction donated $5,000 to the district for its community outreach programs. The Adelanto Elementary School District conducts a variety of community outreach programs for our community such as the Thanksgiving Community Dinner Outreach, our AESD Sports League, and the annual Christmas Toy Give Away for Families. We greatly appreciate the support of our sponsors as they are helping our community become a better place for all of our stakeholders.

Thank you, Walmart!

Walmart helping Adelanto out!

One of our schools, Eagle Ranch Elementary, was the lucky winner of the Walmart “Safe Miles” challenge. This challenge is held to see how many safe miles Walmart drivers are able to have in a 2 week period at the beginning of August. Those miles translate into money which is donated back to a local school. Eagle Ranch received a check for $3,252.53 from the “Safe Miles” program!  Twenty teachers at Eagle Ranch also received $50 gift cards as part of the Walmart Teacher Rewards Program.
