AESD Families: Need Your Support, Complete Form to Help School Funding

Dear Parent/Guardian:

State funding for California public schools is based on information collected on the “Household Income Data Collection” form completed by the parent/guardian.  It is very important that 100% of eligible households complete this form so that the Adelanto Elementary School District receives the maximum funding for their students’ education.

Due to Covid19 restrictions we have now made it easier to collect this data by completing the form online. Only one needed per family. To complete form, click here.

By completing the form as soon as possible, you help ensure our schools receive the funds needed to better service our students.

If you have any questions or need help filling out the form, please contact Jeanette Wheeler at 760-246-8691 extension 10317 or Lupe Perez at extension 10320.

The information submitted on this form is a confidential educational record and is therefore protected by all relevant federal and state privacy laws that pertain to educational records.

Grab and Go Meals Service Change

grab and go

Good Evening AESD families.

The Adelanto Elementary school districts top priority is safety for all. In order to keep our staff and families safe during our meal distribution we will be changing to a NO TOUCH meal service.

Starting on Monday October 26th, as you pull up to the pickup location, please use a sign or fingers to show how many students you are picking up meals for. Our staff will put that amount of meals on a table or cart. We ask that you exit your vehicle to take the meals from the table and place into your vehicle. To protect everyone, staff will not be allowed to touch any vehicles. If special accommodations are needed please contact the Child Nutrition department at 760-246-8691.

Please wear your masks when picking up food.

Thank you..
