Welcome to the Adelanto Elementary School District (AESD)! We strive to prepare all of our students to be successful in high school, in college, in career, and in the 21st century global community. We know that every adult in our District has the ability to Make a Difference Every Day!

AESD has approximately 8,400 students in grades TK-8. We have 15 schools in the District and serve students from the cities of Adelanto and Victorville. Our schools are comprised of nine Elementary Schools serving TK/K-5th grade students, three Middle Schools serving 6-8th grade students, two schools serving K-8th grade students, and one alternative education school serving 4-8th grade students.

Our District serves students from diverse backgrounds. We provide strong instructional programs to meet the needs of each of our learners. Each of our schools offer a unique focus for their students such as AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts), DI (Dual Immersion), Writing Focus, and CTE (Career Technical Education).

All of our schools participate in a District-wide PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support) initiative and have implemented an MTSS (Multi-tiered System of Support) model to support academic achievement. Our District also operates a free of charge afterschool program funded by the ASES (After School Education & Safety) grant at fourteen of our school sites.

The Adelanto Elementary School District strives to become the High Desert’s premier learning establishment where dreams are awakened, academic achievement soars, and integrity leads the way to future success. We are thankful to our dedicated Board members, staff, community members, parents, and students who are all working together to continue our journey to the top!
