• Alert:

All AESD Schools and AESD District Offices are CLOSED through Friday, May 1, 2020. We anticipate our students returning to school on Monday, May 4, 2020. We will update if there is a change in this date. We will be providing free student meals to all children under the age of 18 during the instructional day closures from 11 - 12:30 pm daily at the following 4 locations: Adelanto Elementary, George, Morgan Kincaid, and Ted Vick. Meals will be “grab and go” using a drive through style hand off. Walk ups are welcomed too. Child(ren) must be present to pick up the meal. Also, AESD has created weekly resources for your child to maintain their academic skills during our school closure. You may access the materials by picking up a weekly paper packet at our district office lobby area from 10 - 2 pm or click on the top tab labeled "Education Opportunities on our website".

Who We Are

Our School at a Glance

Our Adelanto Virtual Academy offers both Bridges To Success (4-8) and Connections Academy (K-8) programs to our students in an engaging learning experience. With personalized learning approaches, our  academy provides the tools students need to succeed—in school and beyond.

Here’s why our families have chosen the Adelanto Virtual Academy:

  • Our experienced, California-credentialed teachers, are available online, by phone, by email and for face-to-face meetings.
  • The rigorous, engaging K-8 curriculum Edgenuity, that covers both the core subject areas and electives. This curriculum packages high-quality lessons that help students achieve success at each and every level.
  • The online planning and assessment tools, resources, and hands-on materials engage our students

Our Foundational Beliefs

The staff at Bridges to Success create an equitable and respectful environment where students learn how to resolve conflict, communicate effectively and accept ownership for their choices.  By using restorative approaches, a culture of connectivity is created where everyone within the “family” feels valued and respected and thrives academically, feels safe and grows socio-emotionally.

Our Vision

Bridges to Success will continue student learning within an environment that empowers students to make decisions that support positive and responsible actions.

Connections Program is designed as an educational option that will support individual learning for students who require an alternative education setting.
